For the past 18 months, Karina Andersen and her organisation SmilingOne has made an invaluable contribution to my success both as an individual and the businesses I have led.
The Personal Balanced Profiling approach to coaching and mentoring is a unique offering in South Africa, and is something that is unprecedented. This is true for both the corporate world where I have benefitted from her services directly, but also in the communities and institutions, such as the South African prisons, where she has changed the lives of the people she has touched.
